All tangible items that are in unopened and unused condition are eligible for a 30-day money back guarantee. Open packages will be accepted on a per case basis and may be subject to restocking fees.
Due to the nature of shipping costs, shipping costs are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances, unless of course we really screwed up.
Defective items will be exchanged or serviced as per manufacturers warranty guidelines.
Custom items may not be returned for any reason, if an item is made incorrectly from the order it will be replaced free of charge.
